Flatlands Tour

Flatlands Tour

Here's a plug for the underpromoted, underappreciated Flatlands Tour, possibly the BBC's fastest, flattest ride. It's worth the drive. Saturday weather looks great. Come on out! Anyone for an 18-20mph paceline leaving at 7:30?

Re: Flatlands Tour

I'll be there!

I'm riding from work to Elkton on Friday. Check into a hotel.

Saturday morning, I'll ride to Bohemia Manor Middle School for the century, then make an effort to join the club at the Chesapeake Inn afterward.

Later on, I'll ride back to Elkton, spending the night there and riding back to Essex on Sunday--a whole weekend of bike riding!  (when I should be cutting my lawn... oh well)

2013 mileage=12,169 miles;
2014 mileage=5,156 miles;
2015  mileage=6,200 miles;
2016 mileage=17,503 miles;

Re: Flatlands Tour

I reformatted this year's 63-77-101 routes as an excel spreadsheet and uploaded it to the cue library. BIG font for those of us with lousy eyes and a single page for each route.  current/big_smile

Let's agree to respect each others views, no matter how wrong yours may be.

All the miles you ride ISAIAS I didn't think you had a lawn to mow.

Jim, to the chagrin of my neighbors...  I've lost pets and small children in my "field" of a residential backyard.  Currently, I'm cultivating a very nice wide patch of thistle in my front yard where the tulips came up earlier this Spring.  The bumble bees really like those.
