"ACCOUNTANTS' BURNOUT RIDE"

"ACCOUNTANTS' BURNOUT RIDE"

Once again Mark and Jimmy led a great ride out of Taneytown.
And once again the Taxpayers outnumbered the Accountants.
We had a mostly sunny ride with temps in the mid-80's.  While a fierce wind was blowing, it always seemed from the side or the back.  Hey, 15-20 mph tailwind for the final 20 miles - wow  current/big_smile
The apple orchards were in full bloom for the climb over South Mtn, and the roads were lined with redbud, lilac, mustard, and dandelion flowers.

Yes it was a great ride!! Thanks Mark and Jimmy! I cannot wait until next year!!
Steve:  what was the total elevation of climbing?
Did another rider pull in late as we were leaving??
