Bill, long story short, just found out today, might not need them. but if you have them, will let you know one way or another. It maybe the no-float ones I need.
Thanks,

Anybody have a set of red keo look cleats that they never gonna use. I have arthritis in my ankle, just the right, at least that's the only one that bothers me, and was thinking more float in my pedals might help. I'm now using the gray with 4.5 deg of float. I've had multiple cleat adjustment fits for various bike shops in trying to solve a particular problem and just finally gave up and went to a foot doctor. He took a x ray and solved one problem, but then also told me about my arthritis, so I'm thinking of trying the red cleats.

Let's hope they're gonna repave it to something more friendly, instead of something like Paris Roubaix. Wishful thinking? :-(

I've haven't done that ride but have ridden in Vermont and it is very pretty with a lot of nice roads.

I did most of this ride 2wks ago and planned it for this weekend hoping to see the fall colors up in the Pigeon Hills above Spring Grove, but I think it's to early. I'm still gonna lead the ride as it will be a pretty day but maybe I or somebody else might want to lead it in a couple of weeks or so when there's more colors up there. Hopefully I'm wrong and there will be some nice colors.

I was trying to just make a version 3 of the Spring Grove loop, but ended up totally (at least about 99%) changing the 2nd half, also the 1st half has some new roads as well. I'm hoping we're be able to see the fall colors up in the Pigeon Hills which we will be avoiding this time but will see from the valley. This ride is schedule for 10/21 starting in New Freedom and is 52 miles with about 3155 elevation gain.

Is it possible to cancel or delete your post?

Jim

Haven't tried it but the reviews are positive. Link was to long to paste here, so just google "granola shop/bakery in Hereford, md" It's called "Dough Run"
