Web page for bridge/road repairs scheduled by Baltimore Co
Forum: Road Problems

Handy site for checking planned bridge repairs in Baltimore Co.
(County maintained)
Up next week- Western Run at Belfast (daytime only).
http://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/Agenci … sings.html

From BVA website: Adult single day registration  $80 (receives an official t-shirt if register before April 1) Includes rest stops. Not sure about lunch at the end. Looks like you will share the road with 25 mile riders for about 15 miles, 47 mile riders for about 26 miles. Yes there
will be "inexperienced riders" so you will need patience. (for at least 15 miles and probably more. There are probably a couple thousand riders)

Seriously. Hope you get your bike back. Interestingly googling that phone number brings up adds for chandeliers and cars as well.

Electric assisted bikes

I'd just warn you to check out the range of the electric assist. Saying this because a group of us were once joined by a rider who
(since we didn't realize it was an Ebike) amazed us at his speed/endurance. However after a stop for coffee he informed us he had called his
wife for a lift as the battery was  low, his bike too heavy and home too far away. See you on the road.

differences between the SRAM Apex and Shimano 105 components
Category: Technical

A little off of the original subject but I have successfully used Campy 10 short cage derailleur with a  13-29 cassette and both Standard and Compact Cranks. Don't know if frame size makes a difference but it works fine for me!
The long cage is really only needed for the triple.
Of course now Campy makes an 11sp 12-29 and they only have one size derailleur. (Athena and above)

Cheers
