REGISTRATION REQUIRED IF COMING FOR MORE THAN ONE DAY

Come to Greencastle, Pennsylvania the weekend of June 8 - 10 for one, two or three days of cycling in the breathtakingly beautiful Cumberland Valley. Here you will find a cyclist's paradise with a network of well-maintained, low-traffic roads laid down on a gently rolling landscape of farms, villages and small towns, framed by a soft blue mountain backdrop in almost any direction you look.

You can choose from a selection of 20 or more rides, ranging in length from 30 to 100 miles.

All rides start and end in the north (last) parking lot of Antrim Township Community Park on Grant Shook Road. The park has water and restrooms. Start times are 9 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Rides are leaderless and without SAG support, and participants must sign liability waivers at the start of each ride, just as they would if they were going on a normal BBC weekend ride.

Directions:

From the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) take I-70 WEST

Stay on I-70 for about 67 miles

Take Exit 24, Greencastle Pike (MD 63) NORTH (first exit after I-81)

After crossing into Pennsylvania, keep your eye out for the Cedar Grove Mennonite Church on the left

Turn LEFT onto East Weaver Rd. immediately after the church (the road sign is obscured)

Turn RIGHT at the stop sign onto Grant Shook Rd.

Turn LEFT into the park (about a quarter mile after turning onto Grant Shook Rd.)

Park in the northernmost (last) parking lot.

Total distance: about 77 miles

Driving time from I-70/I-695 interchange: about 1 hour, 15 minutes
