Phil's most excellent riding adventure starts in the historic Oella across the river from Ellicott City; heads West and turns SW towards Savage Mill. Once at the Mill you can enjoy copious amount of pastries and expresso at  Bonapartes or drink craft beverages at the Ramshead Tavern.
