I'm cancelling this ride today because the roads are wet and they won't dry out by the start time.  I don't want to take a chance of anyone falling on a wet descent.  This is a nice loop that travels through horse country in northern Baltimore County.  There's no rest stop on the cue sheet but we can take a bathroom break at Monkton Station if necessary.  Rain will cancel the ride.
