Great riding in Cecil Co. ! Varied terrain with 1st half forested, 2nd half mostly open farmland - thru Charlestown, Northeast & Elkton; 2 conv stores, 1 lunch stop. I-695 to I-95 N, cross Susq River Bridge (toll) & immediately take 1st Exit, then Right at end of ramp and short distance to P & R on Right.
