This is a very pleasant loop that crosses Route 30 for a few miles before stopping at a High's at mile 25. The last 19 miles are pretty easy and I love the return over Park Heights and Hillside. There are a couple hills but I would not describe this route as hilly. It's more rolling or flat with a few hills. Rain will cancel the ride.
