Great riding in Cecil Co. !! Varied terrain - 1st half forested, 2nd half open farm land through Charlestown, Northeast and Elkton; lunch option. I-695 to I-95N; cross Susq. River Bridge (toll) then immediately take first exit; right at end of ramp short distance to P&R on right.
