This is the annual Pirates and Wenches festival in Rock Hall.  There will be plenty of entertainment, Beach party, reenactors, musicians, pirates, wenches, food, and a great bicycle ride.  There are two routes that are traditionally offered on this ride, 36 and 28 miles.  The terrain is eastern shore flats with a couple of small hills tossed in. Check out the Pirates and Wenches party in Rock Hall online. Reader's Digest has named Rock Hall as a finalist in the Nicest Place in America contest, along with Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The ride start is Wilmer Park in Chestertown;  406 Cross Street, Chestertown, Md 21620.                                                  Two routes 1. I-95 North to Exit 100 E to Pulaski Hiway to Elton,Md, Turn right On 213 MD; follow MD-213 into Chestertown; Turn right on Cross Street go around two 90 degree curves on Cross Street then turn left in the Wilmer Park. then turn left into Wilmer Park.                                                   #2.  Cross the Bay bridge on routes US-301/US-50; continue on US 301 towards Wilmington , Del; Take MD-213 N towards Centreville & Chestertown; After crossing the Chester River Bridge, turn left on Cross Street( 1st traffic light; go around two 90 degree curves on Cross Street.
