Ride Leader has declared a Leap Day in August for bicyclists - The Tuesday Ride does A February Ride!
Ride starts from Dulaney Springs Park on Old Bosley Rd at Pot Spring. There are portapots but no water.
We cross Loch Raven twice, first going up to Phoenix, and then again on the return after flying down Dulaney Valley from Manor.
Snack at mile 20 High's in Madonna. Hilly and rolling for 2900 ft.
