Clay Pipe Brewing Co. 95 Carroll St, Suite
203 Westminster, MD 21157 410-871-9333 www.cpbrewing.com/default.asp |
Clay Pipe Brewing is the proud maker of
Backfin Pale Ale, “a killer pale ale” according to the Baltimore Sun. The ale’s
aroma is of mild autumn fruit surrounded by the pleasant sweetness of caramel
malts. The balance of flavor is what is most evident; the malt, hops and yeast
each contribute in a perfect fusion. Unlike many micro-brewed beers that can be
overwhelming to the palate, Backfin is both flavorful and easy to drink. Also,
look for Clay Pipe’s seasonal offerings. |
