This is a terrific ride considering how close it is to one of the largest cities in the country.  I chose an 11 AM start time so everyone can get some extra sleep and it will be a few degrees warmer.  We'll do 25 miles to the High's on Rt. 30 which will be our rest stop.  (If you're not feeling perky, a 5-mile loop right before the High's can be easily skipped.)  The 19-mile return is mostly flat or downhill with the exception of two hills on Park Heights which are not hard.  This return should be fast and good for your cycling ego!
