Join me on this short, but challenging, ride beginning in Jarrettsville and riding through Whiteford and Cardiff, 2 small Harford Co. "unincorporated communities (not official towns) and Delta, PA, a York Co. borough (small town). Rest, snack, lunch, bathroom stop will be @ Buon Gusto pizzeria (mile 19).
