I pre-road this with a few people back in June. Slight modifications made to extended it to a full 100 near the end of the ride. I'll be there rain or shine since I have a camp site for the RV nearby and plan to ride out of Easton the following day. The ride route is mostly on very low traffic routes and starts in Denton, MD which is much closer to get to for most people reading this. The ride start will be formal but I am sure we all will get spread out over the route over time. The first rest stop is a small store just before the 26 mile point -- easy to pass so look out for it. Lunch is in Cambridge. Plenty of options there. But there are few places to stop otherwise so plan for this. At about 42 miles you will enter Blackwater refuge that might require an admission fee. Back in June there was no fee due to covid-19. It's quite beautiful anyway so it's well worth it.
The start is out of the Denton public parking lot. The GPS route (below makes this quite clear).

Alternates:
3/4 Century: Similar route but cuts back much of the southern section and a bit of the northern.

33 mile Better half route: Completely different route. For bad weather on Saturday, spouses waiting for their road warrior or anyone that wants to ride with me Friday afternoon (text me if you are).

We will practice social distancing with masks at the start and rest stops. Please bring your own pen for safety and print a cue sheet from RideWithGPS. I can email a cue sheet in upon request.
If you call my mobile, leave a message. I rarely pick up unless I recognize the number. Prefer e-mail contact.
