Selected a short easy ride because I have "issues with my tissues" (I know-who doesn't).
Starting at Runneymeade Elementary School to take full advantage of schools closed for the summer (except for you bad bad students).
I will bring lots of cue sheets as a courtesy.
Lunch either at Royal Farms (Yucky Poo) at mile 18.1 or Subway a few feet near mile 18.8.
No bathrooms at start. I believe there is a porta potty at mile 2-ish on Bear Run Rd on the right at a commercial farm.
A cancellation for any reason will be posted by 7:30 am.
I never used the ride terrain "Flats and Hills". I would estimate this ride as 80% flat to extremely gentle and 20% easy hills (easy unless you too have issues).
