Led this John McCauley ride 3 weeks ago and we had 9 riders - mostly non-regulars. So, here we go again!

I made the ride for 9:30am because my cleaning servive comes at 8:30am and I need to bail out! (plus it will be a perfect 72 degrees at ride start time-no extra clothing to deal with). I expect to do a 11-12mph pace with the riders in the back (expect 12). Most will probably average 11-15mph.

The terrain includes lots of hills but no major grade climbs. There is a semi-major climb (Hunter Ridge) but it is not even in my top 100 climbs. It is mostly 6-10% but some breaks in-between....no biggie! There are a few easy long stetches on the ride and a very gentle 4 mile stretch at the end.

There is a Highs at mile 25-26 and last time we all stopped there for a few minutes.

Ride with GPS rates this ride a 6.5 and I rate it as a 7.5 on the World Famous 1-10 Tabb Climb Scale (10,000 ft per 100 miles)
