Kinetic Sculpture Race 2012 | The creative cyclists of Baltimore put on a show yesterday at the Kinetic Sculpture Race. Look at this collection of photos taken by Phil Feldman. The diversity and creativity of the movable and moving sculpture is truly stunning. The BBC did not have an official entry in the race. Maybe in 2013? Tom Bruni worked on several entries over the years. The group that Tom worked with fielded the "Bling Dynasty" entry this year. |

Is Maryland's 3 Foot law making a difference?  | Johns Hopkins researchers have recently studied this. Bike lanes do seem to make a difference. Motorists pay less attention to giving the correct space to a cyclist when there are no lanes. Read the full article and find a pointer to the study in the Forum Article on this here.
