Seven Valley ride from Oregon Ridge.  Breaks are in Manchester and New Freedom.  We start this club favorite ride from ORR (instead of FIF-Fifth District) and gain some easy miles along the way.  Three versions of this ride in one cue sheet: (1) 73 miles from ORR to Seven Valleys (2) 37 miles from ORR - shortcuted across the top of Prettyboy (3) 57 miles from FIF - joins the ride at Mt Carmel and Falls Rd 45 minutes delayed.
